...See more Lately I have been feeling down and doubting a lot of stuff, I haven’t enjoy something in the last 2 months and I just feel burn-out. I started to think about all I have been doing, what I really want, who I want to be, what I am doing with school, yare yare. And I realized something, that I need to put everything together and by getting that I need self-improvement. I realized that I need to take school more seriously, and that I have created an image that I didn’t want to create to my family and friends, I want to be happy with myself. I started to study with the pomodoro technique and i really like it, it’s like i have completed something and is rewarding me with that. I want to start doing exercise, clean my room, do some skin-care, study a new idiom and find joy again in drawing. But I’m afraid that I would lose this motivation in a couple of days because this happened before and I don’t want to go back there again. Any suggestion about this would be pretty helpful and I hope y’all have a great day 🌱🌿
