...See more Hi everyone, So I had my first panic attack two days ago, it was triggered by a sound someone made. The person who made the sound lives in the same house I live in. I'm not really anxious about having another panic, but every time that person is in the same room as I am I feel really anxious and restless. I want as quickly as I can escape to another room. I don't know why I feel so anxious around that person after my panic attack, they aren't even making the sound. I'm confused and a little bit scared I will feel anxious around this person for a long time. I don't want to talk about it to them.I just avoid being with and talking to them now, but I can't avoid them forever because they live in the same house. Does anyone know why I feel so anxious even though nothing bad is happening? And how I could cope with it? Thank you for reading/commenting on this thread :) I hope you'll have a great day <3
