Clinical Social Work/Therapist

About

I strive to help clients regain power in their life and to find answers within themselves for whats ailing them. Most of all, I'm here to provide a non-judgemental space to support you while you're going through difficult times. I use elements if Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practice.
