...See more Hello everyone. I need guidance, a friend, and support. Yet another sleepless night. My up and down moods have been overwhelming me all my life. At the current moment my stress level is 100. I am dealing with issues at home, work, and school. I don't know what to do or how to manage anymore. I have not slept all night in 3 weeks. 😢😢 Why do I feel like I am constantly trying to prove myself to everyone. Then I end up making a worse impression or getting hurt in the process. What's wrong with?
