...See more I finally did it! This year has been a whirlwind but relatively easier than the previous ones. Today I finally met up with my biological parents and spent the day with them, its been a full 7+ years since they gave me away but today I found the courage and strength to forgive them and build a relationship bond with them. Its been a long time since I harbored anger and hurt till I realized I was hurting myself more. I'm sticking to remaining positive, and potentially looking forward to Christmas dinner with them. This will be the start of a new beginning. I'm also proud because I finally grew the balls (mind the language if offensive) to see someone about my mental health, it will be hard but I know that this time I have the support form from here and my family. #Stay_positive
