...See more Hi! I lost a lot of weight- my apologies if that triggers anyone. I’m trying to keep it off and I am working with an emotional eating coach on the behaviors surrounding eating and food. I like him a lot and he’s helping me but he recently shared part of my check in without asking me online / copy/ paste and I have felt triggered. We’re trying to work past it and I like him a lot but some trust has been shaken and he’s also not online a lot so at times I feel let down. I’m debating trying to find a therapist or a different coach but I feel comfortable with him and like him, but I’m not getting the support that I need. I have been struggling with some restricting thoughts after overeating. Many thanks
