...See more I have undiagnosed ADHD and recently my anger management has been horrendous. I can’t control it with my partner. He gets the sh*t end of it. He thinks I also have a split personality disorder. I am a mother and this doesn’t seem to affect me as a parent, it seems to be very random triggers and can go from 0-100 within seconds. I don’t recognise myself anymore .. just feel so alone. I’m scared. I’m lonely. I’m also pregnant and worried how this may be affecting the baby, every day I feel intense anger.
