Everyone have their passion. For Andreas, communication and people development are his life callings. Born in 1992 and raised in Central Java, Andreas developed his skills for changes management in his early lives. Since elementary school he has become Reiki Masters and frequent healers, make him aware of the inner healing mechanism in human nature. After spent so many readings and practice about healing since his early lives, Andreas interested in human mind development in his adolescence. He begun to observe and developing skills in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, and has studied many techniques for unleash the human mind potential.
Since age 19, he has conducted public training and hypnotherapy certification. His journey explores the human potential make him encountered with many approach and certification. He held many International Certifications and competencies for Public Relations, Customer Services, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Neuro-Semantics, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Transformational Coaching, Time Line Therapy™, and many approaches. He also like to explore many wisdom from philosophy, zen, and cultural heritage.
Andreas is known as a true learner and always learn from the best. Beside mentored extensively by Yan Nurindra as President of Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy and Merry Riana as Number One Women Motivator in Asia, Andreas is also a direct disciple of Stephen Gilligan. Renowned world expert in his forty years practice of people development and apprentice of Milton Erickson, legendary hypnotherapist that shaping the faces of hypnotherapy today, and sometimes referred into “The Father of Modern Hypnotherapy”
In academic area Andreas choose his path in the field of corporate communications, and enthusiastically exploring the theory and research in the field of human interaction. While in the practical area, Andreas always developing his practical knowledge with constant training and often develop understanding through his own experiment. His miraculous life journey has becomes inspiration of other people and often quoted by the mass media. With the deep wisdom that emerges from his conquest, he now aware that changes management must developed holistically. His adventure in various dimension of communication and people development cultivate his unique approach. He believes that every people have the inner development mechanism, and his task is to awaken that part so the people can actualized themselves.
