I'm here to listen and extend a hand. I know life is hard. I've survived addiction and depression and anxiety. Through the darkest of times. I know how important it is to have someone there to listen and support you.

In the same way addiction feeds by our thoughts the more you dwell on it the more you let the fear set in the more you feel and say to yourself I can't do this the stronger it gets change your thinking we can the way
