Bio
I am a Mental Health Counselor with a background in Acting and Theatre Directing and a longstanding interest in human behavior, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.
My professional development includes 12 years of personal psychoanalytic work and seminars at the Athens Academy of Clinical Studies (AKSPA). I have completed Psychological First Aid through Johns Hopkins University and Introduction to Psychology through Yale University, and attended Esther Perel’s Sessions Live 2022: Inside the Office and Sessions Live 2023: Conflict and Restlessness in Modern Love.
I am currently continuing my training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Existential Therapy & Counselling.
My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space for people to explore their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
