Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a 32 year old male (feel as though I'm slightly older than most here!) I have suffered from anxiety, panic attacks and depression since I was 16, following the bereavement of two loved ones in unexpected circumstances. I would really like to talk to people who can relate to these feelings and hopefully we can help each other.

...See more Hey - I'm Sam. I feel a little awkward writing this as I've never really done anything like this before. I've experienced anxiety, panic attacks and depression since my mid teens and although I have managed it all for a number of years I have been suffering a little recently. I don't really have anyone to turn to that understands how I feel and I don't like bringing people down, it'd just be nice to find some people who can relate to the way I'm feeling, and hopefully we can help each other get to a better place.
