Hi, I'm Alfie! My first-hand experience is centred around all things anxiety, especially of the social variety. That being said, I'm here to listen to whatever you want to get off your chest. I've often been compared to a wise old grandfather despite my relatively young age!
My aim is to support you by fully listening to what you tell me and asking follow-up questions to help you process your experiences. You are the person best-placed to effect the changes you want in your life; I'm just here to help you see what's already hidden in plain sight within your mind.
