Hi! You can call me Apple. I found 7 cups because i am suffering from Major Depressive Disorder and Anxiety. I grew up mentally and physical abused. I have no support from my family but i am blessed with great friends who treats me like one. I have 5 dogs who i call my little heroes because i always say that they save me everyday. They keep me alive. I love them to pieces. I may be a stranger to you but we can help each other out. I know the importance of knowing that you are not alone.
