...See more I wake up thinking of how much exercise I'll have to do in order to enjoy my breakfast, which has been brewing in my mind since the night before I went to sleep. I kill time until it's time to eat. I finish my meal and already contemplate the next one and how to burn calories before then. I want to distract myself, but shouldn't I just be able to live without worrying about food in the first place anyways?
