I am a psychology undergraduate here to lend a hand to those in need and support other adults.

I have years of volunteer experience helping others with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other concerns.

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 10 years ago and can provide support for those with chronic pain disorders and other chronic illnesses.
