Hello there! I am a 21 year old non-binary person. My pronouns are they/them. Thank you for stopping by my profile! I am a trained listener here to help you! I am a student currently studying to get my B.S. in Psychology (class of 2023). I plan to go on to get my master's degree in counseling.
My hobbies include singing, acting, writing, drawing, studying psychology, and helping others.
I know the importance of being supportive of the members 7Cups because I grew up using 7Cups to help me through my rough times. In fact, I know that I wouldn't be where I am now if I hadn't found this website.
I specialize in dissociative disorders (Dissociative Identity disorder/DID, Dissociative Amnesia, Depersonalization/ Derealization disorder, and Otherwise Specified Dissociative Disorder 1/OSDD 1a/OSDD 1b). I am well-versed in the latest research and terminology.
I am experienced in dealing with/discussing: depressive/bipolar disorders, (Major Depressive disorder, Persistent depressive disorder, Bipolar disorder 1 & 2, and Seasonal Affective Disorder/SAD) anxiety disorders (General Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Panic disorder) trauma/stress disorders (Post-Traumatic stress disorder/PTSD, Complex Stress Disorder/CTSD/Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder/CPTSD, and Acute Stress Disorder/ASD, etc.) Self-injury/Self-harm, LGBTQ+ issues, and Addiction.
