Hi there,
I'm currently an undergraduate student pursuing my bachelor's degree in Integrative Psychology, and I volunteer here as a listener. While I'm not a picensed therapist or mental health professional, I care about emotional well-being and the power of being heard.
I believe healing involves the whole person, mind, body, and spirit and sometimes simplty having a safe space to talk cam make all the difference.
