...See more I need some help. I am trying to eat normally again, but every time I do eat, I just end up eating more and more. The urges are just too much and I can ignore them or distract myself anymore. I'm trying so hard but it seems eaiser to just fast again. Does anyone have anything that helps them avoid the voices or try to eat more normal?
