...See more Im an actress and in the next few months leading up to June I have 2 musicals to perform and 1 play (scored the lead!). However Im beginning to realize that I need more energy than I am letting myself get. On the average day, my diet consists of salt crackers and Coca Cola Zero. Ive been exhausted during and after practices. Even when theyre not strenuous. Ive had to quit my job to make room for sleep but it hasnt been enough. Does anyone know any low cal but high energy foods/recipes they could give? Xoxo Stay safe and take care💕
