Hello, It's okay not to be okay somedays. I've experienced counsellor and depression, stress in my life. I know how pains are described so poetically in poems and novels and how insanely that resembles beauty but in actual whereas, pain is that where at 3am the whole city asleep but we staying under the shower questioning life that is it worth living or not.
Please, share the pain and sorrows....maybe sharing won't take away your pain immediately but it would help you to grow flowers in your wounds of the heart.
N/B: I take 15-20 minutes. We can also schedule up the next session in the next day.
