...See more Hi all! Artistic and theatrical jill of all trades here. Pronouns are she/her, cisfemale with diagnosed with general anxiety disorder. Found this on one of my late night searches. Part of my anxiety is how fixated i get on certain things and that often leads to insomnia. It's been a while since my last full on panic attack where my anxiety was so unstable that i needed emergency measures, but as things get overwhelming in my life i find comfort I having someone to talk to. Talking things out had actually proven better for me. Being able to hear myself express my concerns and questions when i over think situations has really allowed me to talk myself through many things before an attack comes to the surface. I'm happy i found this app while I'm in a good place. I look forward to being a part of this community! Fun stuff about me: I'm a big ole theatre kid that finds comfort in anything creative. I write, act, design, pretty much anything. I'm a makeup lover, amateur photographer, and poet. Much love to everyone on here. I hope we can share victories with each other no matter how small they seem!
