Random anxiety attack

...See more The past few weeks have been great for me. My depression has been a lot easier to handle, I haven't been having many anxiety attacks, I've been getting out the house more. Then all of a sudden today, I'm sitting here with my best friend asleep next to me and anxiety has decided to screw me over, I've had two panick attacks and I seriously don't know how I'm going to cope today. I have a kinda busy day and it's all things I have to do. Can anyone suggest any tips on how to cope when out? As I don't know how I'm going to cope with this today of all days.  Anxiety just kinda hits you in the face like a ton of bricks doesn't it??
