...See more I'm 75% positive I have Depression. I've thought this for a while. At first I was just carrying the weight of the world, suffering from constant mental anguish. And suffered from extremely low self esteem. Lately, ever since a few months ago, it's just gotten 10x worse. I feel like I'm losing my mind. Like I just lose more and more control over my life everyday. I'm kept up at night with all these depressive thoughts. I can barely function normally anymore. The simplest things feel so hard to do. I'm just alone in this sea of emotional pain with no one to pull me out. No one to support or care much. They just tell me to stop being sad. Every day of hearing that just hurts more and more. I've tried directing my thoughts to more positive places, or finding healthier ways to make me in less of a bad mental space, but that just makes me feel even worse about myself. Every day it's an endless cycle with no exit. No chance of things getting any better. I don't even know what do to. I can't help but blame myself for getting deeper into this hole.
