Bio
I’m a compassionate, trauma-informed listener with deep lived experience navigating neurodivergence (autism and ADHD), anxiety, treatment-resistant depression, CPTSD, and alexithymia. Through extensive integration journaling and my personal healing journey—including ketamine-assisted therapy and dual stellate ganglion block procedures—I’ve gained profound insight into nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and the interconnected patterns of hypervigilance, freeze and fawn responses, codependency, triggering, negative override thinking, catastrophic thinking, and how emotional flashbacks can fuel closed loops.
This experience has strengthened my foundation in polyvagal theory, attachment theory, cognitive distortions, cognitive defusion techniques (including personification of thoughts to create distance), and recognizing these cycles with compassion. I’m passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental, and unbiased space where you can feel fully heard and respected at your own pace—with gentle presence, warmth, and complete confidentiality, free from advice or pressure—just warm, supportive listening.
