Hello there!
My name is Kitty and I'm 18 years old.
I have struggled with mental illness since I was 8 years old and have been to many psychologists and psychiatrists over the years.
I also have a chronic back injury that's resulted in further physical and mental pain.
Through that I have learn many skills in self help and I thrive to help people wherever I can when they are struggling with things I have been through.
