I'm AsthmaHound (well, not really,), and I'm a UK Listener who has been through a good deal of awful things in their lifetime, and through this website have recently found some wonderful friends and really been helped out when I needed the support.
Now I'm here to return the favour! I'm experienced in areas of mental health, both in experiencing depression and anxiety myself and having several close friends with similar conditions, as well as dealing with stress and other such things. Whether you need a sympathetic ear or some active advice on any matter I'll certainly try my best to help, and similarly if you're just up for a chat I'm good for that too!
