How do I make new friends in my conditions ?

...See more I’ve messed up, like a lot with the people I was around a while ago, and I wanna start over and make new friends, that share interests with me, and all that. Problem is; there’s not many people that are interested in the same things as me. I have DID, BPD and am autistic, it sucks, especially cause so many people seem to generally avoid me cause of that. Cause of having DID and being mostly open about it to instantly get rid of people that have an issue with it, people often instantly assume I’m faking it, just cause its a rather rare thing, and just seems, impossible to some (which I understand in a way). Being autistic also scares people off, a lot. Its also why I’m so, weirdly picky about the people I wanna talk with; if there’s nothing related to my special interest and hyperfixations at all, its boring. I honestly should be grateful for every friend I can get, but it just is a bad experience if I can’t talk about stuff I’m interested in, cause my special interest literally takes up my entire life, I barely talk about or do anything else. Cause of BPD, I often shut people out hoping they'd somehow know whats going on, especially cause I’m also open about it. When they don’t, I just kinda disappear for a month or two? I don’t know if my friends just didn’t care at all or its not a lot of time, but yeah that lead me to just kinda, go away completely cause I felt I was annoying them anyways. I kinda regret that, cause spending over a month completely alone wasn’t really fun, especially cause I really like rambling to people (as you can probably see in this text, no idea if it makes sense anymore) I have no idea where to find people that also have DID (as I really like being around other systems) and also are autistic and also happen to like very specific things, and honestly my requirements are very high, but I’m hoping someone maybe has at least half an answer?
