Hi, I'm Jay and I love supporting others! *waves* I have a calling to help others, whether domestically via cooking, intellectually with research, emotionally by listening, or in other ways. I have a long history of dealing with depression, anxiety, and perfectionism, and like to think that my experience there makes me better suited to helping others with similar issues. I've been through a lot and come out stronger for it - there's very little that makes me really uncomfortable or that I find triggering, and I will do my best to be present and supportive for you no matter what your reason is for coming here. I particularly welcome the 'difficult' topics that other people might hesitate to take, because I strongly believe that everyone deserves to be heard and get support.
