...See more Struggling with leaving a narcissistic abusive partner. Broke my confidence over the course of 5 years so much that I have trouble making and keeping friends. I literally have zero interest in picking up the phone and talking to people because he made me believe I am needy and desperate. I feel lonely and isolated. He discarded me after making me move to his state. I have no friends or family here. He is gone and I feel like d*ing. Minor things make me want to curl up and not do anything for days. Sometimes I start binge eating to feel less lonely. Winter has started and I feel my seasonal depression kicking in with full force don't even want to get out of bed. Today my room heater broke down and it can't be fixed I tried getting it fixed by an expert. This small seemingly trivial news sent me crying and not being able to relax just thinking about what I'm gonna do. I desperately want to binge eat right now. Or idk have sex with a total stranger who will hold me close afterwards. I have been crying for years. When will the pain end. Am I ever going to feel happy or loved ? Also. I'm not feeling that well.
