Hello! I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am 50. I have experience with loss, illness, heartbreak, eating disorders, grief, depression, and rising from the the ashes again and again. I offer you my empathetic ear. Recently I have discovered that I have suffered from codependency most of my life (aka pathological caregiver), which has also been at the root of why I continually chose narcissistic and codependent friends and partners. I am enjoying Peeling the Onion. I am familiar with the benefits of the 12 Step programs.
Healing happens in a spiral. We never go backwards, though it may feel so.
( Please know that I keep all conversations on 7cups. )
