I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and I would like to support and help people struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Panic Attacks, etc. I recently graduated college with a bachelor's degree in psychology though I am not qualified to give you any real diagnosis or advice. All I can offer you is a listening ear, some words of hope and encouragement, which is all that some people need.
