She understood me and provided excellent support! Had to wait quite a while for a chat the first time and she made sure that a listener to help me, after 30 minutes, she picked up the chat with me herself as she understood that I had been waiting for a long time. The extra wait time was worth it to have talk and met such a nice and caring person.

Just exactly the conversation I needed.
I like Aura47's style because it isn't so formal as it is conversationalist. The topic was relationships / breakups and Aura47 used his own experiences to show that not only did he understand what I was going through, but asked questions that helped me reach my own conclusions. It was cool to see this in action because there's a difference between telling someone that "everything is going to be okay" and empowering someone to say "I'm going to be okay." Aura47 did the latter and through a mixture of questions and personal stories helped me find my own resolve. I can't say enough. Thanks man.
