Hello! My name is Alannah, and I'm a Community Health Worker and Mental Health Peer Specialist (in training) living in Texas.
I'm here to listen to you and provide whatever support I can as a peer who's experienced my fair share of challenges and knows how much having someone to listen can help. ⭐

• Having been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (and co-occurring IDD), cPTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder, I bring a deep level of empathy and desire to understand to my work. As a member of the ARC, I am dedicated to advocacy and education around mental health, neurodiversity, and disability. 🌈
• In my personal life, I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time with my cute little dog named Mochi. I also have a special interest in supporting the unhoused community, drawing on my own lived experience to provide compassionate and effective assistance. 💚
