...See more I worry so much that my body seems to not be handling the stress well so I have been getting chronic infections. I find relief, and joy hoping for healing by walking outdoors, loving pets but also communicating clearly with the people I love. I should drink more water but I feel like I can't breath can't drink and hide because sometimes I get mad and it's embarrassing cuz when I'm trying to vent to my therapist it seems she thinks I'm stupid and doesn't like me.
