Good advice and fast response time
Very nice and easy to talk to about a painful experience we have both had some variation of. Just right.
Recently it was like a depressive switch flipped in my head. I couldn't eat or sleep. I couldn't concentrate on a conversation or even watch a movie without terrible thoughts creeping in, along with terrible sadness. It was overwhelming and debilitating. I found Ayla on here, and she was helpful beyond words. She is kind and upbeat in a way that is a privilege to experience. I am still on my journey to better mental health, but she is a big part of the reason that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I will be forever grateful to her.
