Fear of death before sleep

...See more Hello everyone! My name is Alex and i am 21 years old. From some weeks after i heared from a friend that one of her friend died in sleep i get pretty scared everytime i go to sleep and lately i fall asleep very hard than before. Right now i am trying and trying to sleep, but thoughts that maybe i will not wake up really scare me and i get weird sensations în my chest and back area. After a while my friend explained me that her friend that died had some heart problems and he didnt respect medication because he didnt care life that much. As i know i dont have any heart problems. So after i heared why he died i got much calm, but then same friend told me that another of her friend that îs similar age as me died în sleep recently with no explications at this moment and anxiety came stronger again..... I studied a lot about death and i know there îs nothing to fear, but these feelsings are obsesive în my mind....I try to do guided meditations, but when my body get a bit calm, thoughts that my heart could simply stop start to stress my body again and i just cant relax and sleep.... I have no idea what else to do, i get pretty tierd to get these feelings every night and i wisH i could be like before.... Thank you!
