Hello , my name is Jo and I am currently studying to be a chartered psychologist. I currently live in Brighton, UK but I am originally from Portugal. I would love to being able to help people by using my listening skills to guide you into understanding better what you are going through. I'm very patient, open minded and have a passion for people. I struggled with anxiety for all my life and been in therapy and learned about it and myself throughout the years and I find that I can help people struggling with the same issues on a deeper level. I love work that psychotherapists do with couples and am very interested in working with people that are struggling with their love life.
