...See more I can feel myself disassociating. I haven't been this bad in a while but I got into an argument, well less of an argument and more like I was gaslit and belittled, and I am so mentally drained. I feel like I'm checking out. My limbs are starting to feel foreign. Walking or just moving feels almost artificial. My mind feels cloudy and it's almost like I've got tunnel vision. I used to hate feeling numb but I'm afraid of feeling right now, I'm still in this argument and I'm afraid of gettin hurt.
