I have experienced many challenges and over time overcome many difficult ones. I know there is hope. I am compassionate and empathetic to the struggles and “helpless” and “hopeless” feelings but if I could do it, much on my own, I believe others can as well. We have more in common than we might believe. A supportive, safe space is so important to be able to share, feel heard, and knowing there’s always someone available.
