Assallam o allaikum! Hello !I My name is babar. I am listening, helping and supporting others on this app since 2013.  I had an account before this one which i used it for 2 yrs then deactived that. My life has been very tremendous, having taught me sheer lessons on various stages of my age. When you say a single word of appreciation to someone, it may be a single word for you but it is worthy of a complete change in someone's life.


For me depression or loneliness is much more than a sadness. It is being so overwhelmed you spend days in dark. Therefore the first thing to deal with depression is to share your problem with a friend, therapist or a listener here. Please talk to me if you are looking for loving arms to make you feel better and to whom you can trust by sharing your problems. I'd love to light your candle from the fire I have and I expect same from all fellows around here.
