Hi! Thanks for reading my profile. I'm BabyAmoeba but you can call me Bob, or Moe, or BA (which makes me sound like I'm in the A-Team.) I'm a trained active listener here on 7Cups and in my real life I enjoy writing, games of lots of types (but mostly pen and paper role-playing games), nice steak and camping.
When I came here to 7cups I was looking for support with my own depression and anxiety, and to learn how to be supportive of others when they're in pain. I'd like to be able to share what I've learned with other people here.
