I am looking forward to continuing my personal mental health journey and exploring the resources here! I actually work in the mental health field and often have open discussions with my patients / clients about their feelings, issues and encouraging insight and coping skills, etc; however, when it comes to myself it was not until a couple years ago that I began taking my own mental health seriously and only recently that I started regular psychotherapy. So while I have not had issues helping others discover the core of their feelings or other issues, tapping into my own feelings is an alien concept to my mind and am excited to learn from you all!
