...See more Hello, my name is Shawn and I’ve recently started my mental health journey. I’ve been in therapy about two months, and find myself battling constant negative thoughts and being in fight or flight mode, where my default programming for years has been to fight. I’m hoping to meet some people I can talk to and be open with my struggles, and perhaps lend a listening ear to others. I have no idea if I’m doing the right thing, just trying to put one foot in front of the others to be a better father and husband.
