Greetings, I am here to really listen to you. It is often difficult for us to reach out, talk to someone about our problems, or really just open up about how we've been feeling. Which is why I'd love to help you, even if its the tiniest bit of help, to improve your mental health. I aim to do so by listening to you empathetically, treating you with respect and showing professionalism. I will not give you advice but will rather work together with you and brainstorm till we find a solution that works best for you.
