Hello! I'm a trained Active Listener with 7 cups of tea who is constantly learning and growing. I have a very open mind and believe in a live and let live view. I have been through a lot of trauma, anxiety, and pain in my past and have mostly overcome these problems, and I would love nothing more than helping others do the same. I am always exploring new information on health and medicine, advocating and volunteering, sustainability, and traveling. I believe that having an active listener, who lets you discuss anything you wish in an open, nonjudgemental, empathetic way can be at the very least day-changing, and usually life-changing! I look forward to our talks.
