I have experience with sexual abuse,PTSD, depression, self harm, LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, minority stress, dissociative symptoms mainly through my life experiences and learning to manage myself with support from psychologists, peer networks, therapists and my own reading on how to manage myself better and enjoy a fruitful and productive life. I've studied a little on all of the above but I'm not formally trained. I'm happy to talk with anyone who needs someone to listen.
