Help, how do I take my meds on time during day-long events?

...See more I know it sounds weird. On normal days I have no trouble taking my meds on time for I have a routine and some alarms (but even with the alarms I forget sometimes). There are days however where I partake in day-long events. Usually either comic-cons or walking/hiking events. During both I do not always hear my phone alarms go off (because of all the music and sounds) and I don't feel my watch vibrate due to all the moving and other stimulants. Do any of you have a way to still notice and take your meds on time? I tried by telling a friend and have her look out for the alarms/time as well but she couldn't hear them either. I have been thinking about taking an egg timer but those only go on for an hour and I'm afraid that I'll get used to the sound if I wind it up every hour..

...See more Hi guys, I (32f) just found out I have adhd and I have a hard time dealing with it. Maybe it's not so much dealing with it as it is me accepting it. Anyone else who went through this?
