...See more Ok so here's the deal. I struggle with anxiety and depression. I also new work two jobs. I don't get a lot of free time but when I do have time I usually have to go grocery shopping or help with family things. I don't know how to maintain a clean house. My dirty house makes my anxiety worse but my depression keeps me from so cleaning it properly. I know I need help managing it but I don't know how to do that. So please..... any tips as to help work through this are welcome.

...See more I think this platform is great. But I just wish that there was a chatroom for newbies. I joined multiple of the group chats. The general being most calm and actually inclusive. The LGBTQ+ was discussing a singular topic forever and wouldn't change off. Then the support room was having an argument and the mod didn't do anything to cool it down. Both were stressful. I joined because I wanted to talk to people like me. And I get that after being here a while you get to know people. But, It would be nice to be able to chat openly with other newcomers outside of the forum.
