...See more Hey. I'm not really sure how to go about this. I'm really bad at talking but have had some successful with typing out my issues. Tonight made me realize that maybe getting someone to listen would be beneficial. I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety for over 6 years. I also have been diagnosed with being bipolar and having minor ADHD. I feel like I just can't get my life together no matter how hard I try and my anxiety levels are through the roof. I don't completely understand why I act certain ways sometimes but I think it is mostly due to my severe anxiety issues.
