Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I'm 36 years old and have both lived experience and a professional connection to mental health. I value the time I spend on seven cups of tea, and I am keen to benefit the community in various ways.
A few things were useful to know about my style of interaction.
1. I know that people join 7 cups of tea for various reasons. I like to keep conversations quite focused on the problem on hand and to help users find solutions to their difficulties. You may find my style of interaction a bit clinical. It doesn't work for everyone. If you are after a bit of light conversation to pass time or distract yourself, I may not be the best person.
(This is a convoluted way to say that I am serious and boring).
2. If your problem is about dating, relationships, sexual relations, etc please try another listener that may have more experience in those areas and may be better able to relate to you. I am asexual, and conventional relationships are a bit of a mystery to me.
Finally, I would like you to know that a written review would be greatly appreciated. Both positive and negative feedback is invaluable help on my journey to become a better listener.

I would say, you are an exquisite bottle of Cognac, what we would only open up in rare, thoughtful occasions, when we need some time thinking alone, about our actions, the taste of it, and the character is not for everyone, although its company is always a pleasant meeting.

I was having one of the worst panic attacks I've ever had, the second worse one, and I didn't know what to do. I connected with two listeners who never replied to me. Belis talked to me first, didn't push me, told me to take my time, really listened to what I said, and gave good feedback while sounding human and like they actually cared. Honestly, I wouldn't have gotten through this night without their help.. Thank you.
